The System: Your habits are daily quests. Level up your real life.
5 quests assigned. Ready, Hunter.
The System turns your habits into quests, so you level up in real life. Finish quests to build five stats and climb from rank E to Sovereign.

How a day works
Open the app to five quests, each one building a different stat.
Do one. Tick it off and earn XP.
Level up, rank up, and watch the shape of your stats grow.
Five stats, one shape
Every quest builds one of five stats: Strength, Intelligence, Vitality, Perception and Discipline. A five-sided chart shows which parts of your life you're building, and which you've been skipping.

From rank E to Sovereign
There are eight ranks. Quests get harder as you climb, so the app keeps pace with you. Your rank never drops.

Streaks build an army
Seven days in a row earns you an echo, a shadow soldier that joins your army. It's a reward for showing up, not a punishment for missing.

Questions
Do I need to have watched any anime?
No. If you've played any game with levels and stats, you already know how it works.
Is this a Solo Leveling app?
No. The System isn't connected to Solo Leveling or its makers. If you like stories where the hero gets daily quests and levels up in real life, it works the same way for your own habits.
Can my rank go down?
No. Once you reach a rank, it's yours.
Do I need an account?
No. Your quests, stats and streak are stored on your phone. There's no sign-up.
Is this therapy?
No. The Systemuses behavioural activation, a method from psychology, but it doesn't diagnose or treat anything. How the method works.
If you'd rather something calm, with no game language at all, try Bloom. See Bloom.
