Inzention ("we", "us", "our") operates mobile applications including The System: Daily Quests, Stuck: ADHD Energy Toolkit, and Astral Architect, as well as the website www.inzention.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

Data you provide

Email address (if you contact support or join a waitlist)
Location data (Astral Architect only, used solely for astronomical calculations, processed on-device, never stored on our servers)
Text you submit for AI features (Stuck only, such as thoughts for reframing or tasks for breakdown). This text is sent to Anthropic for processing and is not stored by us after the response is returned.

Data collected automatically

Anonymous usage analytics via PostHog (screen views, feature usage, app events). No personal identifiers are attached to these events.
Subscription status via RevenueCat (purchase validation, entitlement checks). RevenueCat processes data as described in their privacy policy.
Standard device information (device model, OS version, app version) collected by Apple as part of App Store distribution.

Data stored on your device

Your app content (quests, progress, journal entries, check-ins, birth chart data) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data and it is not transmitted to any server.

To understand how our apps are used and improve them (anonymous analytics only)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, and only to the extent necessary to operate our apps.

5. Data Retention

App data stored on your device persists until you delete the app. Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. If you contact us via email, we retain that correspondence for up to 24 months.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to any personal data we hold about you
Request deletion of your personal data
Opt out of analytics (contact us to request this)
Delete all local app data by uninstalling the app

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Because most data is stored locally on your device, the attack surface is minimal. No data is transmitted without encryption.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
