Bloom: Start with one small step.
Action before motivation.
Bloom is behavioural activation, set up the way a psychologist would. Start with one small activity a day, like opening the curtains or texting a friend. Do it, then say how you feel. Add more when you're ready.

How a day works
Open Bloom. Your activity for today is ready, or one, three or five if you want more.
Do it. Tick it off. Answer one question: how do you feel now?
Over the weeks, Bloom shows which activities most often left you feeling better.
Baby steps, not a checklist
Start with one activity a day. Activities are small by default, and you move up to three or five when you're ready. They come from five parts of life: achievement, connection, enjoyment, your body and rest.

No streaks to lose
Every day starts with its own list. Miss a day and nothing breaks. You just start again the next morning.

See what actually helps
After each activity Bloom asks one question: how do you feel now? Worse, the same, a bit better or much better. That one tap builds a picture of what lifts you.

A program to use with your psychologist or GP
Turn on the program and Bloom asks the before-and-after questions used in behavioural activation therapy. There's a review point every two weeks, and a PDF summary to take to your appointment. The program follows the RANZCP clinical guideline for mood disorders.
