Xianxia: Every habit is cultivation. Break through to the next realm.
A cultivator begins by deciding to begin.
Xianxia is a habit tracker based on Chinese cultivation fantasy, where heroes train body and mind to rise through realms. Five trials arrive each morning. Doing them gathers qi, and qi carries you through eight realms.

How a day works
Choose two of the five elements. Each morning, five trials are drawn with those in mind.
Do what you can. Each one gathers qi.
Qi moves you through stages. At the edge of each realm, you earn a breakthrough.
Earn your breakthrough
Realms don't open by themselves. At the edge of each one, you finish every trial three days in a row to break through. Miss a day and you wait at the edge. You never slide back.

A bad week isn't a reset
A broken streak makes your qi unstable. Two steady days settle it again. Your practice survives a rough patch.

Techniques are forever
Work one element seven days running and it forms a technique. Once formed, nothing takes it away.

Questions
What is xianxia?
A kind of Chinese fantasy story where people train body and mind for years, rising through realms towards immortality. The app borrows that shape for everyday habits.
Can I lose a realm?
No. You can be held at a bottleneck, but you never fall back.
Do I need an account?
No. Your practice is stored on your phone and nowhere else.
Is this therapy?
No. Xianxiauses behavioural activation, a method from psychology, but it doesn't diagnose or treat anything. How the method works.
