Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of mobile applications published by Inzention, including The System: Daily Quests and Astral Architect, as well as the website www.inzention.com.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

2. Use of Our Apps

Our apps are for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the apps or their content. You must not use the apps for any unlawful purpose.

3. Accounts

Our apps currently do not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device. If we introduce accounts in the future, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription, processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in our apps is owned by Inzention. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the apps without written permission. Content you create within the apps (quests, journal entries, notes) remains yours.

6. Disclaimers

• The System: Daily Quests is a productivity and habit-building tool. It is not a medical or therapeutic service.
• Astral Architect provides astronomical calculations and interpretive content for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
• Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inzention is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them. We reserve the right to discontinue our apps or any features with reasonable notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
