Pelvic floor training · an app we are exploring

Find the right muscles first. Then a programme for your situation.

Learn to find the right muscles, then follow a programme for your stage of life: pregnancy, after birth or menopause.

Pelvic floor training takes regular practice over months. If you have pain, heaviness or leaks, see a pelvic health physiotherapist; the app tells you how.
