Your participants need to understand their service agreement, their supports and how to make a complaint. We turn your documents into Easy Read: short sentences, one idea per line, and a clear picture beside each one.

Price

Pilot price: A$290 for one document of up to four pages (about 1,500 words), for the first five providers, until 31 December 2026. Longer documents from A$100 a page; we quote within one business day. (no GST charged)

How it works

1. Send us your document, or tell us what it is.
2. We send you a fixed quote within one business day.
3. You get the Easy Read draft, check it, and ask for changes.
4. You get the final files.

Good to know

• We write and draw with AI tools. Every line and picture is checked against Easy Read format rules before you get it.
• User testing with people with intellectual disability is not included. We can tell you who offers it.
• Please send a blank template or a version with no participant names or details.
• We delete your document 30 days after delivery.
