We'll set up Claude as your own assistant

We run our own company with AI assistants that capture ideas, plan the day and keep the work on track. We can build the same kind of setup for you, for your own Claude account, and you won't need to write any code.

What we set up

  • A place to drop ideasSend your assistant a thought as it comes to you, and it files it where you'll find it again.
  • A daily focus check-inEach morning your assistant asks what matters today and helps you pick where to start.
  • A weekly reviewOnce a week it goes over what you got done, and asks what to carry into next week.
  • Two scheduled tasksWe set up two tasks that run on their own at set times, such as a Monday plan or an end-of-day note.
  • Your approval firstWe set your assistant to ask you before it sends a message or pays for anything.

Who it suits

It suits solo founders, small-business owners and anyone who wants help staying focused. You don't need to know anything technical. If you already pay for Claude, or you're happy to, we can set it up to help you plan your week.

How it works

  1. You email us. Tell us what you do and what you'd like help with. Let us know which Claude plan you have, if any.
  2. We reply. We write back with what we'd set up for you and the next steps.
  3. We build it for your account. Our AI agents build the setup for your own Claude account, and you stay the only one signed in to it, so it's yours to keep and change.
  4. We show you how to use it. We send you clear steps for using your assistant and answer your questions by email as you start.

What you need

You need a paid Claude plan in your own name, which you pay Anthropic for directly. We'll tell you which plan fits what you want.

Your assistant is a planning tool, not a medical or mental health service.

When you email us, we use your message to reply to you. Our privacy policy explains how we keep it.
